Practices we serve

Built with the doctors who use it

We have supplied, implemented and supported practice software for independent South African practitioners for three years — single rooms, group practices and multi-site organisations. This is who iScript.live is for, and who it was specified by.

Multi-site group

Dr Sbu Thabede

Vosloorus Medical Centre

A multi-site group running more than six practices across the East Rand — the largest deployment on the platform and the proving ground for multi-location scheduling, shared patient records and consolidated claim submission.

Flagship practice and innovation centre

The company's own general practice group and the first tenant on iScript.live. Every workflow ships here first and is used on live patients before it reaches another practice — which is why the roadmap is written by people who have to work in it.

Independent practice

Dr Job Moganedi

Independent practice

An independent practitioner supported under a formal service level agreement covering implementation, configuration, training and ongoing support.

Who it fits

Four shapes of practice, one platform

Multi-tenancy is not a marketing word here. It is the reason a six-site group and a single independent room can run on the same software without either compromising.

Independent single-doctor practices

One clinician, one room, and no appetite for a six-month implementation. Onboarding is measured in days, and the claim rails work from the first consultation.

Group and multi-site practices

Shared patient records across sites, per-site scheduling and reporting, consolidated claim submission, and role-based access that respects who may see what.

Two pharmacists checking medication together in a modern clinic dispensary

Dispensing practices

NAPPI-coded stock, dispensing at the point of prescribing, and inventory that reconciles to the ledger without a monthly stocktake reconstruction.

Nurse-led and rural clinics

Low-bandwidth, mobile-first, and designed so a clinical associate or nurse practitioner can operate at the top of their scope with remote clinician support.

How we got here

Three years selling the incumbent taught us where it stops

For three years the company's revenue came from supplying, implementing and supporting practice-management software licensed from an established South African vendor, white-labelled as iScript. We onboarded practitioners, configured their billing, trained their staff and answered their support calls.

That business produced three things that cannot be bought: a customer base of independent practices, precise knowledge of exactly where incumbent practice software stops, and daily contact with the administrative burden clinicians actually carry. iScript.live is the move from reselling another company's platform to owning the intellectual property.

Bring your practice onto the platform

The clinical platform is free. See what that is worth to you.

Move four sliders and the comparison is yours — against what a South African practice typically pays seven separate suppliers for the same job.

Just practise.

No card needed. Credits never expire.
