The Website module · R699 a month
Just practise. Your website brings the patients.
A practice website is usually a brochure with an address. Yours becomes a front door.
On your own domain. Under your own brand. You keep the patient, the brand and the revenue.
In short
The Website module rebuilds a practice's website on the practice's own domain and under its own brand, and adds up to ten condition-specific assessments a patient can complete in six to nine minutes. A completed assessment arrives in the practice diary as a structured chart with a personalised plan attached, not as an enquiry for somebody to ring back. It is R699 a month per practice on top of the free clinical platform, with no setup fee, and R1 199 a month if it is taken together with Finance.

The website itself
What does the Website module actually include?
The site is rebuilt, hosted, secured and maintained by us, on your domain and in your identity, with nothing to pay for the build.
Your domain, your brand
The site is rebuilt on the practice's own domain and in the practice's own identity. Patients arrive at your name, not at a directory listing with your name inside it, and every patient who books is yours.
No setup fee
Nothing to pay for the build. Published market rates for a comparable practice website run R5 000 to R35 000 once off, plus R150 to R2 000 a month thereafter for hosting and maintenance — a market band, not a named operator.
Designed for the profession you are in
The platform serves 28 professions, and a physiotherapy practice, a psychology practice and a dispensing general practice do not need the same front door. The structure, the language and the entry points follow the scope of practice.
The people, not just the address
Practitioner profiles with registration details, qualifications, special interests, languages and consulting hours. Services, locations, opening times and the schemes the practice accepts, stated plainly enough that a patient knows before booking whether you are an option.
Mobile-first, fast and accessible
Most patients will meet the practice on a phone, on a mobile network, standing up. The site is built for that first and for a desktop second.
Hosting, SSL, patching and maintenance included
There is no separate hosting invoice, no certificate to renew, no plug-in to update and no agency retainer. Security patching is ours.
Compliant by construction
Ethical-advertising rules are the single largest reason South African practices do no marketing at all: the risk of getting it wrong outweighs the benefit of getting it right. So compliance is not a review stage bolted on at the end. It is built into what the pages are allowed to say, and it is the product.
Ethical-advertising rules are the reason most South African practices do no marketing at all.
Which is why compliance by default is not a reassurance at the bottom of this page. It is the product. Every page and every assessment is checked against the HPCSA ethical rules automatically, and a person reads the result before anything is published under your name.
Ten entry points
Which conditions can a practice open a front door for?
Ten clinical verticals, each with its own assessment, its own contraindication stops and its own plan. A practice activates only what falls inside its scope.
Why these ten and not others
Each vertical had to pass four tests before it was built. A condition that fails any one of them produces an assessment a practice cannot lawfully advertise, cannot safely automate, or cannot actually treat.
- 1It is routinely paid for in cash in South Africa, so a patient can act without a scheme authorisation first.
- 2Its pathway can be defined by a rules engine — the safe next step is determinable from the answers, not guessed.
- 3Supply is durable and available at a price a patient can actually pay.
- 4It can be advertised lawfully without naming a scheduled medicine.
Weight Management
Structured assessment of weight history, comorbidity and readiness, with contraindication stops applied before any plan is generated.
Men's Health
A route into care for the group least likely to make an appointment by telephone, framed around the specific concern rather than a general check-up.
Women's Health
Cycle, contraception, perimenopause and menopause pathways, with red-flag questions that stop the assessment and route to a practitioner directly.
Diabetes
Risk screening for the undiagnosed and structured review for the diagnosed, including current therapy, monitoring and complication screening status.
Hypertension & Heart Health
Home readings, risk factors and current therapy captured as structured values rather than as a paragraph a practitioner has to read and re-key.
Chronic Care Adherence
For patients already on long-term therapy: what they are actually taking, what they have stopped, and why. The answer to the last question is usually the consultation.
Child Health & Immunisation
Growth, development and immunisation status, with the schedule checked against the child's date of birth rather than against a parent's memory.
Mental Health
Validated screening instruments administered conversationally, with risk questions that stop the assessment and escalate rather than scoring quietly.
Skin
Structured history and photograph capture for the conditions patients most often present with, and clear thresholds for what must be seen in person.
Sexual Health & Family Planning
The pathway patients are least willing to begin at a reception desk, and therefore the one that benefits most from being begun privately.
You activate what fits your scope, and nothing else
- A dietetics practice activates Weight Management and Diabetes, and nothing else.
- A psychology practice activates Mental Health alone.
- A dispensing general practice may run seven or eight of the ten.
Verticals are activated and deactivated free, on request, whenever the scope of the practice changes.
The mechanism
How does the adaptive assessment work?
This is the part that matters. Everything else on this page is a website. This is the reason the website produces patients.
One question per screen
It is a conversation, not a form. A patient facing a page of thirty fields makes a decision about the whole page. A patient facing one question makes a decision about one question, and then another, and then another.
It branches on the answers
Nobody is asked the same thing twice and nobody is asked what does not apply to them. A typical completed assessment takes six to nine minutes and asks a fraction of the questions the full instrument contains.
Identity verification comes late
Name, identity number and medical-scheme details are requested near the end, once the patient has invested the time and wants the outcome. Asking first is the single most common way a practice loses a patient it had already attracted.
Four jobs, in one pass
It is not a lead form with a clinical costume on
It produces a chart
The output is structured clinical data routed to a named practitioner in the diary, not a message in an inbox. Nobody re-types anything.
It applies hard stops
Contraindications are coded into the pathway. An answer that makes a plan unsafe stops the assessment there and routes the patient to a practitioner instead of producing a recommendation.
It generates the plan
The personalised plan the patient receives at the end is the conversion asset. It is the reason they finish, and it is worth finishing for whether or not they book.
It hands over a decision, not a history
The practitioner opens the chart with the history already taken and the risk already stratified. What is left is the part only a practitioner can do.
What the published evidence shows
Published completion rates for conversational, one-question-per-screen intake run 65–85% at first attempt, against 35–50% for form-based intake. In the same cited work, 60% of online visits fell between 17:00 and 08:00 or at weekends — which is to say, when the practice was shut.

Being found
How do patients reach the front door in the first place?
A website nobody arrives at is a brochure with a web address. Distribution is part of the module, not an agency retainer bolted on beside it.
Local search
Structured location, service and practitioner data so the practice ranks for the suburb it actually serves rather than for the city it happens to be in.
When a patient asks an AI
The pages are written and marked up so that when a patient asks an AI assistant for a practitioner in Sandton, they find you — with your scope, your hours and your schemes stated accurately rather than inferred.
Google Business Profile
Claimed, verified, categorised correctly and kept current. For most practices this listing is seen more often than the website itself.
Reviews, collected and displayed
Review requests sent at the right moment in the patient journey, and the results displayed on the site within what the ethical rules permit.
Paid search, structured to survive contact with a budget
Phrase match only. Tightly-themed ad groups. A negative-keyword shield built before launch. Conversion tracking verified live before a rand is spent, and campaigns handed over paused so the practice decides when spend begins.
Onboarding
What does onboarding involve, and how long does it take?
Twelve steps, five working days, and one column that answers the question a practice manager is actually asking: which of these holds the launch up.
| # | Step | What happens | Blocks activation? |
|---|---|---|---|
| 01 | Scope and profession | We confirm the profession, the registration categories held in the practice and the scope that may lawfully be advertised. This determines which verticals are even offered to you. | No |
| 02 | Domain and DNS verification | You point an existing domain at us or register a new one. Verification has to complete before anything can be published under your name. | Yes |
| 03 | Brand | Logo, colours, photographs and a description of the practice in your own words. Without these you have a template, and a template is not a front door. | Yes |
| 04 | Practitioner profiles | Registration details, qualifications, special interests, languages and consulting hours for each practitioner. Patients choose a person before they choose a practice. | Yes |
| 05 | Services and schemes | What the practice offers and which medical schemes it accepts, so a patient can tell before booking whether you are an option for them. | No |
| 06 | Vertical selection | At least one of the ten, and only what falls inside your scope. Most practices begin with two and add later. | Yes |
| 07 | Assessment configuration | Contraindication stops, referral thresholds and routing rules per vertical: which answers stop the assessment, which raise a flag, and whose diary the completed chart lands in. | Yes |
| 08 | Compliance review | An automated check against the HPCSA ethical-advertising rules runs across every page and every assessment, and a person reads the result before anything is published. | Yes |
| 09 | Diary connection | The site is joined to the practice diary, so a completed assessment can put a patient into a real slot rather than into a queue of callbacks. | Yes |
| 10 | Google Business Profile | Claim or verify the listing, correct the categories, hours and location, and connect review collection to it. | No |
| 11 | Preview and approval | The whole site on a staging address. The principal reads it and signs off. Nothing is published on an assumption about what the practice meant. | Yes |
| 12 | Publish | DNS cutover, SSL issued, sitemap submitted, search console connected, analytics and conversion tracking confirmed live. | — |
Target: five working days
Five working days is the target from the first session to publish. Steps one to seven are the practice's, and are typically completed in a single 45-minute session. Onboarding is not billed — there is no setup fee, no build fee and no project fee. The module begins charging from activation, not from the day work starts.
And afterwards
- A monthly performance report: what was searched, what was found, what was started and what was completed.
- A quarterly content refresh, done by us.
- Verticals activated or deactivated free, on request, whenever the scope of the practice changes.

The full pricing pageWhat you are not paying
No setup fee. No build fee. No hosting invoice. No agency retainer.
Published market rates for a comparable practice website are R5 000 to R35 000 once off, plus R150 to R2 000 a month thereafter for hosting and maintenance. Onboarding here is not billed at all, and the module starts charging from activation rather than from the day work begins. No operator is named — South African advertising rules do not permit it, and the argument does not need it.
Why no one else does this
Every other platform helps you bill. This one brings you patients.
No South African practice platform offers a patient-acquisition product at all. Every incumbent in this market sells a better way to bill, bank and record the patients a practice already has. None of them sells the practice another patient.
“Every other platform helps you bill the patients you already have. This one brings you new ones.”

Questions
The Website module, answered directly
Each answer is written to stand on its own, with its own figures, so it means the same thing quoted out of context as it does here.
What is the Website module on iScript.live?
- It rebuilds a practice's website on the practice's own domain and brand, and adds up to ten condition-specific assessments a patient can complete in six to nine minutes. A completed assessment arrives in the practice diary as a structured clinical chart rather than as an enquiry. It costs R699 a month per practice.
How much does the Website module cost, and is there a setup fee?
- R699 a month per practice, not per practitioner, on top of the free clinical platform. There is no setup fee and no build cost. Published market rates for a comparable practice website are R5 000 to R35 000 once off, plus R150 to R2 000 a month thereafter.
Which conditions can a practice open an assessment for?
- Ten: weight management, men's health, women's health, diabetes, hypertension and heart health, chronic care adherence, child health and immunisation, mental health, skin, and sexual health and family planning. A practice activates only what falls inside its own scope of practice, and can add or remove verticals at any time.
How long does a patient assessment take to complete?
- Six to nine minutes typically. It asks one question per screen and branches on the answers instead of presenting a form. Identity verification is placed late, once the patient is committed. Published completion rates for conversational one-question-per-screen intake run 65–85% at first attempt, against 35–50% for form-based intake.
Is a practice website built this way compliant with HPCSA advertising rules?
- It is built to be. Every page and every assessment is checked automatically against the HPCSA ethical-advertising rules, and a person reviews the result before anything is published. Those rules are the reason most South African practices market nothing at all, so compliance by default is not a feature here — it is the product.
How long does it take to launch, and is onboarding billed?
- Five working days is the target from the first session to publish. Onboarding is not billed at all: no setup fee, no build fee, no project fee. The module begins charging from activation rather than from the day work starts. Steps one to seven are usually done in one 45-minute session.
Does the practice keep its own domain, brand and patients?
- Yes. The site is published on the practice's own domain, under the practice's own brand. Every patient who completes an assessment is the practice's patient, in the practice's record. iScript does not sit between the practice and the person, and never takes a share of what a consultation earns.
Can the Website module be bought together with Finance?
- Yes, and it is cheaper that way. Either module alone is R699 a month per practice. Both together are R1 199 a month rather than R1 398, a difference of R199 a month and R2 388 a year. Both are month to month with no minimum term.
Just practise.
